    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 74 of the Bill be amended- (a) in Subclause (1) by deleting the word “incites” appearing after the words “engages in or” and substituting therefor the words “knowingly aids or abets”; and (b) in Subclause (5) by inserting the words “where the presidential candidate knowingly abets or aids in the election offence."
