    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the poor work on roads in this country is a common practice, and yet millions of Kenya Shillings are being spent on maintenance and construction of roads. The engineers are not properly accountable for the work they are doing. What is the Assistant Minister doing to ensure that money meant for road maintenance in the districts is put in the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) kitty so that Kenyan leaders can ensure that the money meant for roads is properly spent?"
