    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as we all remember during the last Referendum campaign there were several goodies that were offered. Game parks were given and many districts were created. The increment of chiefs' salaries also was one of the packages. Could the Assistant Minister confirm that the Government did not have any intention to increase those salaries? It only wanted to woo the chiefs, so that they could campaign for the banana camp in the last referendum campaign."
