The Minister does not deny that the District Commissioner had, in fact, acted for the PS and lawfully so. How can one hand of the Government take away what the other hand has given? This is injustice. The Minister ought to ensure that this innocent Kenyan is, 1120 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES June 6, 2006 in fact, redressed appropriately by either being reinstated or being given compensation that he deserves."
