If it is a question to determine whether or not that person was lawfully or unlawfully dismissed, that rests with the court. We deal with policy issues. We do not make judgements here. I do not think we can make a judgement here. So, I would advise Mr. Marende that, maybe, the afflicted Kenyan would be better served if this matter was taken to court rather than being ventilated here. I think that is the better way to go about it."
