    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the Assistant Minister for that answer. HIV/AIDS was declared a disaster in this country more than ten years ago. Up to now, many patients do not access anti-retroviral drugs. The centres the Assistant Minister has talked about are 40 kilometres away from Butula Constituency. A sick person cannot travel that far to access the drugs. Could the Assistant Minister tell the House what budgetary provisions the Ministry has made to enable patients to access treatment?"
