    "content": "(b) by inserting the following new Subclauses after Subclause (1)- “(2) An electoral dispute under sub-section (1) shall be determined within seven days of the lodging of the dispute with the Commission. (3) Notwithstanding Subsection (2), where a dispute under sub-section (1) relates to a prospective nomination or election, the dispute shall be determined before the date of the nomination or election, whichever is applicable”. Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, Clause 76 talks about those electoral disputes that the IIEC can address. We are setting the timeline so that the people are not kept in suspense for a long time."
