"content": "Order! Order! Hon. Members, I would like to give a little direction on the conduct of business. After Order No.7, we are supposed to move on to Order No.8. I am told the Committee to respond to that Bill has also not given a report. Actually, they are out of the country. That will, therefore, have to be downgraded. Hopefully, we will be able to get the report on Tuesday, next week. So, after Order No.7 we will move on to Order No.9 to be followed by Order No.8, so long as it is not for today. Hon. Members, in the meantime, I wish to state that no Departmental Committee, or any other Committee of the House is allowed to go out of the country when the House is sitting. They must stay here to do their job. The Clerk is hereby instructed by the Chair that no Departmental Committee will leave this country when the House is sitting.
