On 14th July, 2004, this House passed a resolution which I want to quote:- THAT, this House do grant leave to introduce a Bill for an Act of Parliament entitled: \"The Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill, 2004\", to amend Sections 58 and 59 of the Constitution to provide for the National Assembly to control the calendar of the business of the House\"."
