"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have a problem in this House in the sense that the microphones are not working very well. Can there be an improvement on the audibility of the microphones? While that is being done, I have a question for the Minister. The Minister, who is a good friend of mine, is being asked a very important question. I would want him to respond to the General's question because he asked a very specific question. What plans does the Ministry have in the Nyika Plateau, which is an important beef producing area? There is a big problem in the 1030 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES May 31, 2006 Ministry in terms of livestock improvement. The Ministry has a deficiency in vaccine development. Could it consider building a research station on the Nyika Plateau for vaccine development and improving stock?"
