    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Minister knows very well that most of the ranches in the Nyika Plateau are actually moribund because of inadequate water, mismanagement as well as lack of market outlets. The Minister is also aware that there is an invasion of wildlife in those ranches, as well as the destruction of the ranches. Could he tell the House what measures he intends to take to stop the wildlife from invading the ranches and also stopping livestock from Somali from invading the ranches?"
