    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am using political language, and not engineering language. My friend is an engineer and it will take him time to understand political language. I want to thank Members of Parliament who supported this Motion. Our contributions to the debate on this Motion will be on record. Some Members of Parliament said that we should investigate corruption while others said we do not have enough machinery to deal with corruption. I think these hon. Members need to be congratulated."
