You and I are aware that the supplies management practitioners in this country have no law to regulate their practice, training and even licensing. Therefore, I want to thank the Mover because she is speaking for over 300 practitioners in this country, who have no legal status in their practice. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, first of all, I looked at the draft Bill and it is very impressive. I just want to implore hon. Members present in this House to pass that Bill."
