    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, what I was trying to imply is that the supplies officers, who fall within the docket of the Assistant Minister, engage in corruption. He knows that! It is an obvious fact! That is why they sacked the supplies officers. They know they engaged in corruption. Everybody knows that. Even in my own district, the supplies officers collude with suppliers. If we want to curb corruption, we should have laws prohibiting it. That is what this Motion seeks to do. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, why should the Assistant Minister say that we should request the Mover to withdraw this Motion and yet it is so good in that it will assist him and his Ministry to curb corruption? That is what I am tryig to tell the Assistant Minister. As I have said, we are all going to embrace this Motion. With those few remarks, I beg to support this Motion."
