    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. As is the normal practice, I think we should move to the next stage to allow the Government's input as happens all the time in a Motion which is brought by a Private Member. It happened with the Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) Bill and also with the Cotton (Amendment) Bill. Could it be in order for this House to be allowed to continue and conclude this Motion with the Government's input?"
