    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. So that it may not appear that I do not know how to frame my Questions, I have a copy of the OB which was filled in by a police officer. It says that the complainant was abducted and strangled on the neck and was possibly defiled. There are other details that show that she was actually defiled. I framed the Question as per the language that was used in the OB. This is for the record. I am not the one who formulated that language."
