    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I think the Assistant Minister is belittling this Question. This is because the incident took place in February, 2006 and this is the end of May. How come that it took the police officers a long time to arrest the suspect? From the way the Question is framed, it appears as if this is a known suspect. Could the Assistant Minister tell us whether the man has been arrested and charged in a court of law? Could the police officers who colluded with the suspect be also arrested?"
