    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to thank the Member for accepting that what we have done as a Government is publish our intentions which is as a result of expressions that have come from Kenyans themselves, wanting districts to be created in their places. I am not aware of the dispute in 1992. I am actually answering the Question that he has put to us. We are saying we are consulting leaders and the people themselves so that they can resolve these boundary disputes as opposed to us going down there to impose on the citizens things that may not be very popular."
