The fact of the matter is that in 1074 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES May 31, 2006 nearly all these boards, the people who are appointed are not genuine stakeholders. You will find people who are not from the local communities being served by a certain water company having been appointed as directors. Would I be in order to ask the Assistant Minister to review the appointment of such directors in most of the companies countrywide?"
