    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 be amended as follows- (a) by deleting the definition of \"child\" and substituting therefor the following new definition- \"child\" has the meaning assigned thereto in the Children Act; 1078 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES May 31, 2006 Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, the intention of the amendment is to harmonise the provisions of this Bill with the provisions of the Children Act."
