    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 (b) be further amended by deleting the word \"Republic\" under \"complainant\" but the rest of the words remain. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, there can arise at a situation whereby the Republic could be misused and maybe victimise people by turning out as a complainant when actually no case or matter has arisen. So, I want the word \"Republic\" to be deleted in the definition of \"complainant\"."
