    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move that Clause 2(c) be further amended by:- (ii) inserting the words \"or experience\" immediately after the word \"expertise\". An expert is a person who has devoted learning and skill in a given profession or vocation. This is a person who also has knowledge and is conversant with the acts as are envisaged in the Bill out of experience or actual contact with acts of this nature, hence the introduction of the word \"experience\", so as to widen the scope of persons who could qualify to be intermediaries."
