    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I wish to support the proposed amendments to Clause 2(c). The amendments are in appreciation of issues raised by the hon. Member that, that clause was not gender neutral. By deleting paragraph 2(c)iii we are doing so, in appreciation of cultural diversity in our country. On the issue of lawyers and expertise, my colleague has widely explained this."
