    "content": "I do not agree with him and I support the amendment by hon. Muturi because rape is 1106 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES May 31, 2006 something that is known. There are no two ways about it. You cannot say: \"I think I was raped\". So, there would be no issue about somebody going and making an allegation which she thinks is true but is not. So, in my opinion, hon. Muturi's amendment is very good and is going to stop anybody from making those allegations that can put people in jail. I support the amendment."
