"content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to say that some work has been done by passing this Bill. We do hope that Clause 42(A), which has the potential to be used to negate the spirit of this Bill, will not be abused and amended in future. With regard to the issue of education, I support it not only for girls, but also for boys. That has been said by my colleagues. We must let our men and boys take care of their sexuality. They should not think that women will take care of their own sexuality and that of the men. Let women not be used as an excuse for diabolical and perverted acts of a few people in our society."
