    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to make a correction that I said the Government has set aside Kshs20 million for the repair of machinery. However, the total budget is Kshs62 million for the purchase of new tractors and equipment. In fact, we are buying ten Crawlers at a cost Kshs214,000, low loaders and a few lorries, so that we can assist the farmers. I also want to assure the hon. Member that under the current Budget and the Budget that will come within 2007/2008, we have factored more money to ensure that our staff are able to create the necessary mobility to reach the farmers."
