    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, there exists a binding bargaining agreement duly signed by the parties on 1st September, 2006, and registered by the Industrial Court, thus making it legally binding to the parties. In conformity with the agreement, the Union has not complained of any failure by the employer to honour it, neither has the Union reported any trade dispute with regard to the same. Should there be a trade dispute, we expect the Union to report it to the Minister as provided in Section 4 of the Trade Disputes Act, Cap.234, Laws of Kenya."
