Ojode and Muturi have proposed amendments to that. We have also proposed a new Section 37. Do we deal with Section 37 now or we dispose of the amendments to Section 119(1) before we come to the new Section 37? That is because on Section 119(1), Mr. Ojode has proposed to delete it, which I am still opposed to. Mr. Muturi has proposed to amend the same, which I agree with. How do we go about it?"
