    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, just a quick one. This particular law is very important. We have also gone ahead, just to inform hon. Gumbo, to put it in some laws which are coming before us maybe tonight. However, it is very important just to give one example. In the ongoing football elections, some people are being denied chances of contesting because somebody in the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) does not like them. So, we are saying that all regulations from now and in future, in any law we make, must come here for scrutiny and approval by Members of Parliament."
