    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I want to support this amendment. The world over, wherever you go, be it in the Western countries or wherever, they have new technology. They have new driving licences, which are captured in their computers. The details of the driver are also captured within that particular licence. There are those people who are opposing the adoption of this new technology, because they have never been outside the country, but I want to agree with the Attorney-General and the Minister, who is my friend, that we have to go to the digitization world.
