With regard to issues that arise from the violations by the police and other Government officers, they are usually defended by the Attorney-General. With regard to issues that come out of the excesses, say, apart from the prosecution, the judges and the others, they are actually under the Attorney-General. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, now, when we raise Questions before this House and intend to change the definition of the word, \"Minister\", how does the Attorney-General answer his own violation? You may have problems with individuals today, but tomorrow is different. So, how do you get out of that?"
