However, we have sent out several letters to chiefs and assistant chiefs, asking them to show cause why disciplinary action should not be taken against them for failing to do one or two things. This is a purely administrative issue. It happens everyday and even in the next few months, we will also have to go out there and show cause why disciplinary action should not be taken against us, as hon. Members, for failing to do one or two things. That is, therefore, a very ordinary thing."
