    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the rains have been very heavy this time round. Many bridges have been washed away and others are just about to collapse. We will have to deal with the issue of collapsed bridges, broken down culverts and impassable roads on emergency basis. We will have to look at a special allocation, because money set aside for emergencies is normally not enough to take care of the collapsed bridges. The issue is being addressed as an emergency and we are taking stock of all the bridges that have been washed away."
