    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I rise on a point of order to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Minister of State for Administration and National Security concerning the security situation in Homa Bay Town. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the security situation in Homa Bay Town, which is in my constituency, has seriously deteriorated, with incidents of brutal attacks on innocent citizens on a daily basis. On Tuesday night, unknown people attacked young girls, one of whom is a Form One student, beat them up and cut their stomachs open and left two of them dead. Up to now, no action has been taken.
