If you May 4, 2006 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 961 look at the Second Schedule, you will see the reductions effected in the Ministry of Roads and Public Works. That is a very important issue. I know in the First Schedule, the Office of the President has almost half of the amount of the Expenditure of all other Ministries."
