    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for allowing me to express my appreciation and congratulate the new Minister for Finance. I would like to give him a word of advice that, so far, he has done very well. He is learning very fast. He can learn faster given more time. These hon. Members here have done exactly what they were elected to do. They have done a major exercise. My advice to the Minister is that he needs these hon. Members. There is no way he will go it alone. He cannot do it from State House or in his office. He can only do it here. Now that we have appropriated the money which he requires, I believe he will move with speed and make sure that we do not see any money going back to the Treasury. I support this Bill."
