Members that, if we are motivated by a genuine desire to expedite the work of this House, let us take an off for just two weeks after the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Conference. Let us go through the Bills and Motions in order to expedite the work of this House. But if we are motivated by ulterior motives, let us come back, delay Bills and pretend that we want to work. The choice is ours; let us be judged by our actions and not by presence. With those few remarks, I support the original Motion and oppose the amendment."
