In fact, on several occasions, officials of KCFCSL have visited the Co-operative Bank of Kenya, Machakos branch, and they are usually told they have no authority to access these funds. Who is supposed to give them the authority to borrow the money because they are members of a society, they grow coffee and they have five factories which they run?"
