    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Government spends a lot of resources in resolving conflicts. For instance, it spent Kshs19 million in disarming the Pokots last year, and Kshs8.3 million in disarming Samburus. We can now see what is happening around this country. I would like to request the Assistant Minister to institutionalise these peace committees, so that they prevent conflicts before they arise. They could also be used in disarming communities. Could the Assistant Minister confirm that he will avail enough resources to these committees?"
