    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as I said before, the issue has been the actual documentation getting to the Treasury and for the forms to be filled in the right manner. In one of the questions hon. Kombe has asked, there is the question of one pensioner who had five widows. One widow has filled the forms because in issues regarding pension, all the beneficiaries have to fill forms. The problem we have to address is how the forms come from the respective Ministries to the Treasury before the processing of the pensions."
