"content": " Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Let me start by thanking Eng. Muriuki and the Members of the CDF for compiling this Report and bringing it on the Floor of the House. We are not opposed to the adoption of this Report. However, there are various areas that we need to discuss with the Committee. It is always a difficult start whenever something new is involved.
