The NARC Government was in a hurry to help other sectors immediately it took over. Now that it seems to be moving so slowly, when is it going to write the cheque? Without a cheque being written to the Co-operative Bank of Kenya, the loans will never be written off. Could the Assistant Minister tell us when those cheques will be written and given to the Co-operative Bank of Kenya?"
