    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, our investigation shows that the road between plot Nos.1712 and 1713 was surveyed to cadastral standards and beacons have been erected to show the extent of the road in question. This road measures about nine metres in width. However, Mr. John Ngumo Murere, the owner of plot No.1713 has encroached on the road leaving a portion measuring about three feet. We have given our officers firm instructions to take action against this person."
