The odd situation is that Egypt also consumes slightly more sugar than us and, therefore, the net effect is that we import the balance of the sugar. Under the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA), rules, if I am importing sugar and exporting as much as I produce, then there is no contradiction whatsoever."
