The nearest AFC office accessible to the people of Samburu District is in Nyahururu Town, which is 150 kilometres away. The people of Marsabit, Isiolo, Moyale, Wajir and Mandera districts all go to the AFC office in Meru District. Could the Assistant Minister consider decentralizing these services so that pastoralists can also benefit?"
