"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, that is the essence of the answer that I have given. I have said that, in the Fiscal Year, 2006/2007, we shall re-open the AFC office in Mararal District once the sensitisation programme, which is currently on-going, is finalised. The reason why the AFC office in Mararal was closed in the 1990s was because there was no sufficient business at that time. The AFC had also ceased lending because they had no funds. From 2003, the AFC started lending money after it was bailed out by the Government. As a result, it is now building up funds. The AFC will soon re-open several branches as the need for re-opening them arises."
