The centre gets information and sends it to the various stakeholders for responses. We use the Kenya Red Cross to implement for us matters of flooding. Therefore, we just provide information to the Kenya Red Cross and other Non- Governmental organizations which operate in those areas. With some little resources here and there, we respond together with them."
