"content": "I did not hear the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs say that the Attorney-General directed that the statement be brought by the Minister of State for Administration and National Security. If he did, then that is definitely out of order. That having been said, I think the Chair has already ruled on who will bring the ministerial statement on Tuesday. That is the end of that matter."
