    "content": " On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. You have issued a Communication from the Chair regarding the lady Members of Parliament who walked out in protest. However, I wish to seek your guidance with April 27, 2006 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 777 regard to the behaviour of the members of the public seated in the public gallery. Yesterday, when the lady Members of Parliament walked out, all the ladies in the galleries also walked out in protest. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you cannot see from where you are seated, but we saw what happened. So, the question is this: Are the members of public seated in the galleries supposed to protest at what is happening during deliberations in this House? Are they not supposed to behave well by listening quietly and holding their horses regardless of whatever is going on in the House? I need the guidance of the Chair on that matter."
