    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I recall, when the Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs was contributing, she actually said that this new law will supersede all other laws on sexual offences. It, therefore, means that the provisions of this law, outside these ones which have not defined here, will operate. It will lead to people behaving funnily, particularly with regard to animals; bestiality will be the order of the day. What would be offence the here? We are encouraging people to begin engaging in all manner of behaviour."
